hi all i like this program and you should make rule on making extensions for joomla to have read me files to them at all times because some people can't use the installer they have install them manually i have download allot of extensions and they don't have any info at all

Unfortunately, we don't have the resources to enforce such a rule. It would be good practice of a developer to do so, we can't make his add this to his extensions. With 1.5 coming out in a few months, we are going to be dependant on safe_mode any more.

it was a just suggestion because phpbb has that rule
