New Forge Plugin Admin settings not staying

Did a quick search and did not see anything... maybe since this is so new...

Anyway, When I attempt to adjust Plugin Admin settings they do not appear to stay...

2 Examples:

1) Turn Tracker off and Submit (Tracker Tab disappears)... then go to Summary Tab and the tracker tab reappears along with it being checked

2) Turn Mailing Lists on and submit (Lists tab Appears)... then go to any other tab and the Lists Tab disappears...


Wow... just noticed something else weird...

The Reporting, News, and Files tabs... when you select any of those tabs the Tracker Tab is not shown...
