Extensions account blocked

Howdy,

I think my RSS reader may have lead to my extensions acount being blocked.  When I try and log ing it says that my account has been blocked and that I should contact the administrator; however, I cant seem to find out who is the administrator.  Can anyone tell me who to contact to get this taken care of?
