Bug on Joomla.org home page - No images for unregistered users

I am not sure where this bug should be submitted and have been looking for a week or so. 

When I go to http://Joomla.org/ and am not logged in, none of the images show up.  When
I am logged in the images show up.  It appears that the images are tied to registered/unregistered
users???  I have attached a screenshot.

Unusual.. we don't allow anyone to login to joomla.org. However, I can see from your browser that you are using joomla.COM

Please try using http://www.joomla.org

I have been able to recreate this issue twice.  The problem (pictures showed up) went away when I logged into the forums section of Joomla.  The first time I was only logged in for 1 day (or some time period other than permanant).  After this time period expired for my loggin, the problem reoccured (the images went away).

OK - I just tried a test again on another computer where I am not logged into the forums section.  The images do show up for Joomla.org but do not show up for Joomla.com!!

When I just went to Joomla.com first the images didn't show up, I then went to Joomla.org and the images showed up.  When I hit the back button and returned to Joomla.com, the images showed up.

joomla.org is our primary domain name, the others are just parked/aliased. We've had to enable hotlink protection to joomla.org and that is why you don't see images on the .com

Hope it makes sense.
