Download uncompresses into browser

I'm having reports of trouble downloading a particular .gz file I posted:
http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/rocketwerx/frs/

In FireFox 2, clicking on rokreporter.1.0.0.beta.gz will uncompress the file into the browser.  I've had trouble like this before on other sites and I seem to remember it was a mime-type setting issue with the web server, but I can't recall exactly.

However works fine.

Can someone look into this problem please.  Thanks.
