Any Registration Component for Running event !!

Is there any component design for registration of running event which similar to Active.com ? Looking for component which can take care of 1) Registration, 2) Payment, 3) Shirt size selection, 4) Additional donation. Any one has any good idea? Please let us know. Many thanks !!!
