Extesions or reviews not updating or added

Hi,

I have attempted to add extensions via my account, and although received the confirmation that the extension is under review; it actually never got listed.  However the same extension was passed onto another who loaded it up without any problems

I am not having any problems with the existing extensions as they can be modified or updated.   However users are stating that they are adding reviews and rates, but over the last 3 weeks I have monitored and neither the rating or the reviews are updating.  The reviews have attempted to go back and re-review, however they receive the message that reviews can only be submitted the once; which means the review has gone into the system loop 

Can you look into this for me please

This sounds strange indeed. What is the name of the Extension(s) you have submitted?

Think that particular extension could have missed being published at first, cause it wasn´t possible to register at the provided URL for download. Remember an extension from this socioclick site having been at the pending list for a while.
If we can´t confirm that its possible to login/download, then we wont let the users of JED have same experience.

Could be that I never actually did sent a mail to the submitter in this case. If thats the case, then please try to resubmit. Thanks

That could been the case as we had some problems with registration on the site.  I did not receive any other notifications after the upload, so a case of miscommunication. 

The extension has been uploaded by another user now.

I thought I would respond to this thread.

I loaded a module called 'kitabullah search module'  to the extensions directory, available from the the same blog without registration; just a straight download.

At the same time I created another blog post and uploaded the 'web 2.0 clock' module also in the same fashion.  I submitted the 'kitabullah search module' first, and then waited a day and submitted the 'web 2.0' clock;  however the difference is that the clock was submitted from Tara's extensions.joomla account. 

Now, the 'web 2.0 clock' is on the extensions directory and the 'kitabullah search module' is nowhere to be seen.  I hate to be the one to say, but I am pretty damn suspicious now!

Hi

I added my script to directory 1 week ago. How long I should wait for approving or discarding my extension. And where you send mail about confirmation or discarding - to my registration mail or mail, that I enter when describes my extension (second mail was down for a several days, may be a mail with moderator decision was not received).
I sure that moderator seen my extension, because I seen in site logs that after adding somebody download script. Who can say me - is extension discarded or it is pending? (login name at extensions - Dead Krolik, with one extension )

I know this may seem tedious and straining but I have again submitted a module that is yet to be approved SE landing Page module.  Baes on the previous post i am concerned that it is a problem due to registration on my site, however I have thoroughly checked this and it is ok.

Actually sent you a mail some days ago exactly about this registration issue.
You might want to have a second check. If we can´t confirm the provided URLs, then we can´t approve

It is sorted as I see that after receiving your email I also recevied confirmation that kitabullah module was approved.  So look forward to the approval.  Thanks

Had an extra try, and noticed same problems using IE browser.
Re-checked using Firefox, and successfully logged in.

Extension approved. Inserted a note to make users aware that they could try FF
