The "Details" link in the Main Site header doesn't work

The "Details" link in the Main Site header doesn't work

The Details link in the Main Site header (Cutting Edge Content Management) doesn't work. It shows:
You are not authorised to view this resource.
You need to login.
Perhaps this is related with another report:

Hm, seems like some content has gone lost indeed. I've tried to contact some Core members, hopefully they can find out about this.
