Permission Denied Message on JoomlaCode

I typed in "Birthdays" in the search box and a list of items returned.  But when I click to view some of the extensions I get the message Permission Denied.  Any idea why?

Ok, checked... thats a project which has been migrated but no admin assigned yet. So the project is still not made public.

Nope, we are in the process of moving all admins in place again. So it will take some time to get all projects alive and published again.
