Edit Project -> "Unhandled PropelException"

Hey all,

The new forge is looking great! Can't wait to get to grips with it and get it all setup nicely :)

One issue I've hit:

In the forge, going to Admin > Edit Project Info and then saving the updated info takes me to a page which just says "Unhandled PropelException". The variables I enter don't seem to matter - even saving the same old info gives this error.

Any advice appreciated.

EDIT: This only happens on my project 'vmart_cb', my other project 'anjel-cb' works ok for this action.

Hi,

If I look at that project info, the full name states "Virtuemart & Community Builder". To what are you trying to change it? So I could try and see if I can verify that error?

I've been trying to add the word 'plugin' on the end of the title. I was also trying to add a home-page URL ( http://www.e-motion.com.au/general/open ... ilder.html ).

I got slightly confused yesterday - if I save the exact same info that exists it doesn't give me an error, but if I've tried to save with new information (which does produce the error) then going back (not using the menu links) reverting the information to what it was and saving does produce the error.

Actually, doing some more tests I think I'm hitting a limit on size for the name field - if I add ' Plugi' then it saves ok, it's that last character that causes the problem! And adding a homepage without changing the title saved ok.

So yep looks like I hit the size limit on name and don't get a warning or clear error.

Seems like it, the error could have been a bit more clear... I'll report this, see if we can improve this.
