Mosets Tree used for Joomla Extensions Directory. A couple of questions

I understand that Joomla uses Mosets Tree to manage the Extensions Directory.

Is the review form used there also part of Mosets Tree?

If it is, does Mosets Tree offer the option of allowing user generated content (i.e. the title and text in the review form) to be immediately published without administrator approval?

Can the user just post the content through the form and it will show up right away.

I think this question was asked a thousand of times either on this forum, either on mosets forum. But no one gives an answer.

Yes, except in the current version, the rating is not tied to the review.
