Unable to access SVN through Eclipse IDE

Every time i try to create anything using Eclipse IDE with subversive 1.1.2, I get this error:

MKACTIVITY request failed on '/svn/jirci/!svn/act/00000112d003a6dd'
MKACTIVITY of '/svn/jirci/!svn/act/00000112d003a6dd': 400 Bad Request (http://joomlacode.org)

I have the correct User Name and Password, and the url is http://joomlacode.org/svn/jirci

Anyone know how to fix this?
