Non-profit org ..requesting developers a little favor..please

Hi

I am from a non profit organization LSF.. we conduct Free of cost international courses for life support training .Now we want to declare results on joomla website .

I want to create the result table as you can see in the attached image. .. this table was made in HTML editor.. but not all team members can carry on using this method.. So i wish if anyone can develop an input form to create this table.

with options for


----Number of row = variable input boxes
---- 7 columns with names as you can see in the image attached

The input can be edited later on to make correction.

I want to add such result tables in the form of BLOG..with new entry coming first on top...

Can any developer help in making this table creation and input form for a non-profit organization ?Please
