Download Joomla Forbidden

Hello Folks

I have tried to download Joomla this evening  on three diffrent computers but I get the following message

Does some have a working link to a working download section as that I can download this product

can you please tell me what process you are doing to download it?

i.e. what are you doing step-by-step to download?

went to following url  http://www.joomla.org/
selected download and was sent to this address  http://developer.joomla.org/sf/go/proje ... joomla_1_0

I select rel1611 : 1.0.3 and select the download button and get can only donload forbidden.html

I can also select 1.0.3 and get sent to another screen

Select the first package and also select download button, same responce

there is also a button next  to projeckt admin,  download 1.0.3 have also selected this file http://developer.joomla.org/sf/frs/do/d ... d=proj1007
which should let me download Joomla_1.0.3-Stable-Full_Package.tar.gz  this also gives me a forbiddin.html file

The download link is wokring fine for me.
What OS are you using? Browser? Have you tried another browser?

Probably caused by a download manager integrated with your browser.
