Filter projects = urgh :D

I can't see this mentioned already - but I can't believe people haven't noticed this either -

If you're not logged in to the forge and you want to filter the projects - you can't! As the "apply filter" button only appears when you're logged in (Firefox).

Also can we put the "apply filter" button next to the filter box, rather than in the diagonally opposit corner (in other words just about the last place anyone is going to look fo)
