That does not mean, that JF is working everytime and 100%.
The timeouts i had were while i tried to access: http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/joomfish/scmsvn/
And as i wrote: JC was working, 2 minutes later not, 3 minutes later okay, and so on.
Time was yesterday between 17:00 and 18:50 (GMT+2).
Maybe you have a look at the serverlogs?
Or mayby only the SVN is/was affected?
