Pop up window with error message "Cookies must be enable!"

My browser have enabled the cookies but whenever tried to login,a pop up window with error message "Cookies must be enabled!" displayed.what happen?what should i do?

I am having the same problem.  It's frustrating and I'm not sure what to do.

IE7 or firefox? I have a problem in my IE7 but not in firefox...

Help me plzz...

Still having this problem in both browsers.
