I have installed the Tortoise SVN program on my machine and it's working fine.
But I have one question, when using Tortoise I have a option to "Get Lock..." of a file I want to edit, but the server responds with
Error: Lock request failed: 405 Method Not Allowed (http://scm.joomla.org)
Is me doing somthing wrong, or is so that the SVN server doesn't support file locking?
