changing e-mail in joomla code

I just tried changing my e-mail address... I received the change verification mail. When clicking (or pasting the URL) I get the following error:
"Invalid data".

I tried it several times... what am I doing wrong here?

Does the link contain &? If this is the case, please change this to & and the link should work. This is a known bug. Pretty soon a patch will come out in Gforge where this is taken care of.
