What happens if you use anonymous for name, and no password?

Now I changed my password too, maybe there was some illegal characters in my old password, but it still doesn't work.

What are you using to connect? TortoiseSVN? I have found some instances where cleaning the TortoiseSVN cache resolved issues like this.
