can i create more than 1 website in one PC then host it on Web hosting companies

i am having question. can i do create more than 1 website using joomla in one PC then after creating the web site.
host it all in a Web hosting company?

or do i need to have a one isto one ratio , one PC per Website ?

Nope...  you can create as many websites as you want on one PC (so long as you have the disk space).  I currently have six or seven different installs.  Just create them in different directories and either use different prefixes or different databases.

thanks... so does it mean that yes, i can create multiple website on one PC so long that I have enough space on my disk. Using one Joomla then just make several directories and database per web site. Then my plan is to host it on Web hosting companies cause i dont have the capability of hosting web site.

i don't think it wise using only one joomla! as you would be severely restricted in terms of design and layout flexibility. but you would know better what you want i guess. i would actually use one joomla! per website.
