web relevant path

I'm looking for a Joomla method something similar to

Code: Select all

JPATH_COMPONENT.DS.'anything.php' ;
but instead of returning the file system path, it returns the web relevant path.  Any help would be greatly appreciated..

I believe JURI::base() is what you're looking for.
