This is a site I build for Libraries of Love -

This project was started by a local school librarian after her travels to Uganda.  I watched a video of the first library they build and wanted to get invloved by building a website...  The colors on the site are pulled from the Ugandan flag.... 

The Project Grows each here:
Libraries of Love has expanded it's reach each year.  In 2005, we created a library of 3,400 books for a primary school of about 800 students.  This summer (2006), we put a library of 8,443 books into a primary school with over 3,000 students.  In the summer of 2007, we plan to create libraries in three Ugandan schools and provide books to two more, including Braille books to 50 blind orphans.
