Help Site: Intermittent Access & Down

Post by humvee » Wed Feb 14, 2007 4:51 pm

Hi,

There have been problems on and off the last couple of days with the Help Site slow response times and access, it has now stopped.

Also note that Forums have been having problems ongoing today.

Just in case you are unaware.

FYI these 2 sites on on completely different servers. Can you provide more details about the help site though? Database down message? Unreachable? Can you run a traceroute in this case to determine if is it network or not?

Forum downtime, yes we are aware of this, and working on it.

Hi Brad,

It's pretty much back to normal at the moment.

On the Help Site...btw this is on Back-end.

I have had a few database unreachable with the Notify Admin splash screens, and also quite a few timeouts, more often than not when going into editor pop up screens (images / links etc,  as well as when saving documents.

hth

Andy

will run traceroute just to make sure.
