trouble with mailing list

Sent an email to my newly created an approved mailing list and received the following error:
  ----- Transcript of session follows -----
... Deferred: Connection refused by jforge001.directrouter.com.
Warning: message still undelivered after 4 hours
Will keep trying until message is 5 days old
Any ideas?

It's been reported that mailman is not working correctly. I will try to get someone to look into this today.
