Australian Community Radio Station site

Post by tigeri6 » Mon Jul 30, 2007 3:07 am

Hey guys,

My first post here and i'm fairly new to Joomla!
We're a (Non-profit) Community Radio station run by volunteers in the outer suburbs of Melbourne.

http://www.3mdr.com  <-- 3MDR (Mountain District Radio) 97.1FM and also streaming live.

Am having quite a few "birthing" issues on the site though, mostly little things like forms not sending properly and people not being able to update their page (each show has their own page to put whatever they want on).

But, I have a lot of ideas for the site and there's a lot of potential for further development!  Joomla! Is brilliant!  So far anyway.. lol!

Ahh - also, the main things I was aiming for in this website is SIMPLICITY, CONTINUITY and CONTENT ACCESSIBILITY.
Do I achieve these?  (note that I haven't got much content yet - still sourcing lots!)

Hey, that's looking good.  Nice clear and open feel to it.

Looks good. You have done a good job with the 3 goals. Nice and simple and easy to find things.
The only area of improvment I can see is the header. I find it to plain and simple. It could probably use some more color.
Looks good overall. Good job.
