Need help with my non-profit Joomla site – help with security especially.

Needed- Someone who could help make my site more secure and help if there are more attacks by hackers
          - Someone who could help do finishing touches / bug fixes to the template we have created.
          - Someone who could edit / help update the site if needed.

Hi there,

I really need help with my site at the moment. Basically my friend and I have made a site using Joomla –I did the content and art, and he did the programming etc.-

However now my friend is going away travelling and can’t help maintain the site anymore. I don’t have a clue about the programming side of things.

Just recently my site was attacked by hackers and I now have to repost all the pictures and videos on the site.

I have asked for help on Gumtree.com but the only response I got was from someone who wanted £75 per hour. I’m just working on my own and don’t have a business etc. and really can’t afford that sort of costs.

The site means a lot to me as it is a site to help me organise all the creative work I do, plus will eventually be a showcase for independent short films and photography.

You can see the site at the moment at http://www.ssoosay.com, http://www.ssoosay.com/site

You can see a short film I made at:

If you know any way I can get help with making the site more secure, plus know anyone who would could help me maintain the site can you please contact me. The site really means a lot to me, and I don't want to give up working on it just because of hackers.

- If this is the wrong topic to post this, let me know and I'll move it somewhere else. -  :) sorry I'm a noobie

Thanks

Surian
