Help Needed to Build Major Global Non-For-Profit Information Portal Topic is solved

Hi, I am about to attempt to build a world class webiste, using Joomla, for the International Stutttering Association (ISA). The ISA is a not-for-profit organisation staffed by volunteers. Our mission is to get effective treatment of stuttering (for adults and children) throughout the world. Although our association has 10 directors and an aadvirory board of 15 (from all countries of the world) we currently have no income. This site will give multilingual information about stuttering and speaking anxiety to people all over the world. We are particularly wanting to get information and assistance out to India, Africa and the eastern block countries. We also hope it will bring in some income from both site development donations and some ecommerce initiatives. I am looking for a Joomla development expert who can initially give me some FREE help and advice (via email/Skype) in the basic site development to get the project started and underway. As the site develops and things get a bit more difficult we will be able to begin to pay for the extended development work that will undoubtedly be required if this is to be a real showcase not-for-profit website, which is our goal. We will ultimately require podcasting, audio video, ecommerce which will all be paid work. 1% of the population has a speech disfluency problem(5% of children) and people in developing countries have no help in understanding and treating stuttering. Your assistance in helping these people will be a great service to the world and hopefully not involve you, initially, in anything more than answering my questions. At the conclusion of the site development, you will be given the opportunity of putting your promotional banner on our home page which we expect will be visited by many hundreds of thousands of people over the next 5 years and that will repay you many times over for your donated time.
