most downloaded and finished projects Topic is solved

sorry, i did not search to see whether this question had been asked before.  it is very simple.

I was just wondering whether there was a way to see which projects have been most downloaded (total and/or monthly...).  i see there is a top 5 already, but i was hoping for a page that included all projects and how often they are downloaded.  maybe it is already there and i am just missing it though.

also, is there a page that distinguishes between beta projects and ones that are fully developed?  often while looking through the projects i will see one that looks interesting, but then find that there is nothing to download on its page or that it is a beta.  is it possible to catagorize projects by their progress, not just the number of developers?
