Why aren't donationware published in JED?

I JUST DONT UNDERSTAND HOW COME JED WOULDNT PUBLISH DONATIONWARE WHICH IS GOOD ACTUALLY AND IS FREEWARE.

We don't have any problems with the donationware model itself and we have pretty many published in JED. However, sometimes you can find issues with specific extensions irrespective of licence and then we address them and ask the developer to change before we publish the extension.
