Updated Feeds

I don't know if this is gonna go in as a bug or a suggestion for the JED update to accompany J!1.5, but there needs to be a change with the feeds!

Currently, the only RSS feed available is for New Extensions.  That's a great feed to have, except I want to keep tabs on extensions as they are updated.  If I saw a new extension I'd really like three months ago but wrote it off for only being J!1.0 compliant, then I want to know when it gets updated.

So, the Recently Updated page should have an RSS feed for Recently Updated extensions!  That would make me and my feed reader very very happy.
