form mail under joomla without using facile forms

form mail under joomla without using facile forms

I am looking around for a simple way to insert a form in a page under my joomla ws without having to install facile forms or whatever.. I can't find any reference on forums.. Does anyone have a default form ? Basically I need to get the info from the form and the user id of the person who compiled the form.. User doesn't have to write his user id, it must be fetched from the db.
