I've noticed a bug in Joomla 1.5 RC3, and I've checked that there is no known similar bug,
but I don't know how to publish the bug I found.

Could someone please tell me how? (Reply in this thread)

Hi, welcome to the forum. You can either create a thread here: http://forum.joomla.org/index.php/board,199.0.html. This forum is monitored by the devs. The other option is to create a tracker item here, for which you need to log into Joomlacode. http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/joomla ... cker_id=32
