I am new to Joomla and not very sophisticated when it comes to php, html and css, etc. I like the concept of Joomla and the way that it works. I am having a lot of fun playing around with it. I also like Deki Wiki, for other purposes.
MindTouch say about Deki Wiki:
"Deki Wiki has built in support for LDAP, Active Directory, Drupal, Wordpress, and Joomla."
I think this means that the login facilities can be joined. If that is right (or even if it is not right), how can I use Deki Wiki in conjunction with Joomla? It would be the ideal solution for what I want to do.
Thank you
Leigh

How new and how unsopisticated.
Quickly browsing the DekiWiki website I have found this entry in their api.
Using this method would involve modifying DekiWiki to read the Joomla! authentication areas and adjust itself to suit. However I believe this would involve getting very deep and dirty with the base DekiWiki code.

Thank you.
Too new and too unsophisticated. I think I need to look around for something simpler.

Re: Deki Wiki
I'm using docuwiki and it's ok at best. No support and confusing for some of my non-tech users.
It would be nice to see an integration of something like Deli Wiki.

Re: Deki Wiki
Thing is it looks like dekiwiki does support joomla. You just gotta re-code its login sections to comply with joomla a little. and it includes the functions to do that just fine.
