Where do I download 1.0.13 from?

Silly question, right?

IF I click the download link from the Joomla main page
I go here: http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/joomla/frs/

From there, I see every upgrade package from 1.x.x to 1.0.13, but not the 1.0.13 package.

Good question! I checked and it is not listed.

Although 1.0.14RC is out due to security issues, it is still a RC so 1.0.13 should still be listed.

I'll move this to the S&I (Site and Infrastructure) forum so they can check this out.
