several problem in forum

i see several problem in this forum

1- links are not "_blank"

Yes. Firefox 2.0.0.12 on Windows XP Pro. I could post a screenshot, but it would essentially be the same as modern's.

That’s actually intended.
The target attribute is depreciated in XHTML, so it cannot be used.
