Will someone be willing to install Joomla on my hosting??

Hi all,
I am not technically inclined but I really like the simplicity of joomla (once installed) .
Will someone be willing to install Joomla on my web server for me? We are a non-profit community organization. In exchange I am offering a permenant text or picture link back to your website (no offensive content)

Let me know if you still require installation. I can't work out the hierarchy and menus of my own site but I can certainly install it
