Problem with custom code in adminstrator Topic is solved

hi i have a problem while doing my own custom form.
I have creatred a task in a small predefined component and i want to implement a form contains a chekbox and a button.but while submitting the form iam passing the chek box value to the button function.but the function shows undefined value the value not catched in the function.please suggest how to do this.
