http://www.joomla.org/content/view/53/43/

The current link (Joomlaitalia.com) just comes up with "site could not be found" in Firefox 1.0.6.

If you type out the full url (http://www.joomlaitalia.com/) it comes up just fine.

Perhaps a quick edit is needed?

Is there a server-side way to include "http://www." on non SSL links? Or is the url typed in the same input box as the rest of the article text? (Just curious). :)

I am pretty sure that the href/link is added by the person who approved the news...

When submitting news i'd use the full URL ie http://www.joomla.org :D
