Can't activate extension site user account!!! arrgghhhh

Hi,

I have been trying to setup an account for the Joomla extensions site, I have tried to register twice with two different names and email addresses but in both instances I never recieved the confirmation email????

I waited a number of days, and still haven't got them, the names I tried to register were webamoeba/[email protected] and mythix/[email protected].

Please can somebody help!!!!!

Just as a matter of asking why aren;t the user acconts the same from site to site? surely some sort of LDAP soloution would be ideal.

We don't want to rely on any external scripts/components for the sites at the moment, they are all different Joomla installations they just share the same layout.

Good idea for the future, though. The upcoming release of Joomla! 1.5 includes great LDAP support. Something to look forward to playing with.

can you activate my account under extensions.joomla.org? I have two times try me to announce. Both registrations failed. Up to now I got none confirmation email. 

First account:
User: lexun

Second account:
User: 4lexun
eMail: joomla@le***.de
