Use of Logo

Forgive but I couldn't figure out where to raise this question to get an answer.

I have developed a series of training videos to be launched at the end of this month called Joomla Magic.

Now because they are 'for sale' I guess that I needed permission to use the logo
according to the rules.

Who do I ask please? And where do I send an email to ask for permission?

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
