where to download an example-component with commented code?

like "hello world" on:

but then a complete install and uninstallable com.

I found Arthur Konze's components are very helpful, and filled with many comments.  Check out Akolegal, or AkoBook, AkoStaff from http://www.mamboportal.com

Unless I am mistaken, the FAQ should be reworded to exclude the references to the patTemplate engine. In my reading, it appears that, due to a few issues, patTemplate will not be the "official" template engine.
