Can not create account SourceForge! Topic is solved

Hello,

I have received an error on SourceForge when I try to create an account. I receive the message:

A SourceForge system error has occurred. An unexpected system error has occurred
If you feel you have received this message in error, please contact the SourceForge administrator and reference this tracking number: exid4223FAE9010C290E69346CC1

I receive an e-mail for the validation and with an activation link. But when I click on that, I receive an error also.

Could someone help me?

I notified the VA people of this issue.

Yup received the same error, though i believe the session code was probably different in my case.
If anyone reading this who is an admin, if you see a goofed up attempted login creation by the user name tjlawjx or TJLawJX that would be me.  Please fix it and send email.

I received the message that the error message has been dealt with, the errors should be gone now.
