Making user areas Buttons to more info Topic is solved

I've been trying to place an image in a user area and have it be a button to another subject.  The template I'm using is C7 Drupal.  I'm trying to make user 4,5,6 and I've modivied the template to get user 7,8 & 9.  Any guidance for how I should go about this would be appreciated.

This is a rough pass as a demo for the church.
