Yes... I too am waiting for the official Joomla! badge release.
But I don't think this will be happening any time soon, as the dev team are very busy coding and getting the 1.0.4 security release ready, given the severity of the recent security scare.

Hi there, This week my company had to some work for this company, when I saw the logo I was negativly excited. The maker of the new joomla logo stole it from this logo he even took the font. is this why when i view some of my templates in IE it shows it all funny compared to firefox?
