What param types can I add to my views xml-file?
I have a component with a view, and it has a template which in turn has an xml-file. The xml-file provides the data for the menu setup, so that I can provide parameters for my menu items. So far so good. But: I have a menu item that I want to assign a param type=date to, but that does not seem to be...

Re: Installing Aptana plugin in J!Code... There must be an easier way :)
By the way: Where can I stay updated on the progression of J!Code now that the SoC has ended? Would this forum be the place to hang out? Seems like a promising project that I'd love to help out testing.

Installing Aptana plugin in J!Code... There must be an easier way :)
Just read the dev blog post on the SoC projects for 2007, and decided to give JCode a go! Bear in mind I have never used Eclipse or EasyEclipse before, but by reading the forums I have gathered that JCode is a sort of EasyEclipse, so I made the assumption that I was running EasyEclipse. The Aptana p...

Disallow robot indexing of wap version of pages?
When using google to search site:forum.joomla.org, I get lots of hits on indexed wap versions of the discussions, and have to remove the wap part of the URL to read in regular forum layout. Wouldn't it be be better to disallow indexing of these pages?

RSS for each project
It has been mentioned before in several threads, but I didn't want to dig up already buried threads so....
I would very much like to see individual RSS feeds for each project. We already have news for each project, so adding RSS shouldn't be that hard?

Suggestion: Make extension data available in XML
Don't know if this has been suggested already nor if it might already be possible. I couldn't find any hits on this topic from searching so here goes: My issue is that I manage alot of Joomla websites, and they all use quite a few extensions each. I'm right now having a hard time keeping track of wh...

Hm. What happened to "will be released this month"? I was very excited when I typed in "joomla.org" in my browser this morning, expecting to find a new news item saying that Joomla 1.5 is out in beta, but no. How are things going?

A software directory will be a very welcome addition indeed! Great news! I was just about to go over here and whine about what the other kids have going on, because it looks good:

Can't report bug...
I think I found a bug in Joomla! and I want to report it, but I have problems finding out how to do so.
Is maybe the "accept bug reports" button switched off? Is there such a button? Or am I just blind?

I had joked about this earlier, during the voting - But here in the U.S., voting obviously doesn't work Either way we go, we end up with snot-nosed bluebloods running the government. At any rate, I don't like the name or the logo - and I don't expect I'll like the final version either. I was really...

The buttons to increase/decrease font size in the top are a bit small. If you are going to include functions like this to, for instance, help people who don't see too well, the buttons need to be bigger. I was just working with these people who focus alot on accessibility, and an example surfaced th...
