Re: JED Update Questions and Discussion.
Hi Sk0re, Thanks for the report. We will take a look on the issues and fix them. About AEC - I would say if the users can download your latest version without any cost and there isn't any advertisment or something, then I feel it should be classified as non-commercial. If they however are obliged to...

Re: Somthing wrong with the emails from JED
Hi Neo,
Yes, we sent out an email to all developers. See Alledia's post here above.
It's strange that you couldn't see it. Are you able to see html emails or is your email reader set only to show plain emails? *trying to figure out why you can't see them*

Re: IXXO Cart for Joomla
Generally, it isn't any problem to talk about this kind of issues as long it is in general speaking, but as fast we are talking about a specific developer then it gets problematic. This since the postings then very easy tends to become a commercial dispute or wall of shame thread. Generally, we feel...

Re: IXXO Cart for Joomla
Yes, we unpublished the IXXO cart yesterday since we have an issue with the reviews and votings. Until it has been sorted out, it will stay unpublished for some time. I can understand that you and others are wondering why extensions get unpublished and why there isn't any note about it. We are very ...

I noticed it as well and we experienced som problems a shorter time. I know we have performed a server update and this can maybe have been the reason. The Extensions Directory works now as it should again

Re: List of 1.5 Ready Extensions
You can search here
http://extensions.joomla.org/component/ ... Itemid,35/
However, you still can't in a good way to distinguish between 1.5 legacy and 1.5 native. We are going to do an upgrade of the Extensions Directory soon.

A "powered by" or similar links are absolutely not a problem. We have to differ visible and hidden links.

There will most likely be a new rule against hidden and unethical behaviour in JED and I think then we automatically solve this matter.

Re: How long should it take to get a new extension approved?
Hi Steve,
We try to approve new extensions as soon as possible. We try to do it on daily basis if it's possible. Sometimes we encounter some problems with some extensions or that we need to discuss the submitted extension within the team. I have emailed you a status update about your extension.

Re: How it is possible?
One condition for us to approve a review (according to our rules), is that the reviewer actually have tested the extension and just not write a review upon what they think how it works or from what they have seen from a demo. This developer offers a trial version of his extension. The developer stat...

Re: Options for major bug fix
Hi Josh! I think the best is that you add a note in the description text that your extension has undergone a major bug fix together with a note on your webpage. Hopefully the people who are interested in your extension keep an eye for updates :) . To remove and resubmit the extension isn't anything ...

My mistake and my sincere apologies Sk0re!
Normally we never accept anything that contains "adult" references. In this case I saw it in the humours way and the review showed your customer commitment. Of course, I realize that I should edited out that part, which is now done!

When it matter to download the extensions listed in the extensions directory, it shouldn't be any problem. However, some extensions require that you register before y...

We experience sickness in the team right now so the approval process has taken a little longer than normal. It wasn't any problem with your extension and it has now been approved
